Set on a serene waterfront site along Shinnecock Bay in Long Island, New York, this modern family compound reimagines two existing homes with sensitivity to their original footprints. Built with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) and designed as net-zero residences, the project emphasizes efficiency and durability through natural materials and expansive glazing that captures coastal light and views.
